City of Oaks Bible Fellowship

 Dr. Jerry Kinard is a pastor, public health advocate, and clinical research professional.  He is the pastor and founder of City of Oaks Bible Fellowship a non-denominational, multicultural, Christian church located in Youngsville, North Carolina.  His public health interests are health disparities, health equities, health inequality, and medical racism, particularly, as it relates to African-American populations.  He works full-time as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for a leading pharmaceutical company in women's health where he is responsible for onsite monitoring of clinical trials. He holds a BS in Management from Walden University, an MS in Clinical Research Administration from Walden University, and a DrPH in Health Advocacy & Leadership from Capella University. He is a member for the American Public Health Association (APHA), North Carolina Public Health Association (NCPHA), and Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA).
